Thank you for considering Hive Montessori School. Our Admissions coordinator would be delighted to arrange a personal tour of School so that you can discover more about our school first-hand. Alternatively, you can also call our school office during working hours between 8:30AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday or write to, expressing your interest to join us.


On completing the enquiry form, the parents will be invited to visit our school at a mutually convenient time in the specific branch you are interested in. Your child should accompany you during the visit as we would like to informally interact with the child prior to handing the application forms if you satisfy the admission requirements.

Further, Fully filled and signed application form along with the relevant documents to be submitted within 5 days from the date of collection of application form.


  • Parents, please write to expressing your interest to join us. Within a week’s time we will setup a Zoom/online call with the admissions coordinator so that you understand the philosophy and the board of education we provide. Availability of seat for the grade sought for would be intimated by the end of the call.
  • Following the call, upon the student satisfying the admissions criteria, Application forms would be made available.
  • Fully filled and signed application form along with the relevant documents must be scanned and sent to email address within 5 working days from the date of downloading the application form. 
  • The final step is a one-on-one call with the admissions coordinator. Both the parents and the child must be present for this. This would either be online or face to face.
  • After this, a Letter of confirmation/Non-confirmation/Wait list of admission will be sent to parent’s email address.
  • On acceptance of the offer of admission, a one-time non-refundable registration fee is to be paid within 5 working days from when the offer is made. Admission offered will be revoked if we do not receive any communication or payment of fees within the allotted period.
  • Once the admission formalities are completed a welcome email will be sent clarifying the on-boarding process.


Please keep checking this space for open house sessions or events that the school hosts from time to time. During our Open house and events, we invite all parents and potential parents to witness the work of our children and understand the methodology and philosophy of Hive’s Montessori Educational Pedagogy. You also, will meet our children, the teachers walk through our environment and understand what a true Montessori experience would feel like.

For 2023, Hive Montessori school is conducting a Free 2 Day Summer Camp at our Farm School Campus from April 22nd to April 24th 2024
