Admissions at Hive Montessori School - 2024

Thank you for considering Hive Montessori School. Our Admissions coordinator will be delighted to arrange a personal tour of School so that you can discover more about our school first-hand. At the heart of everything lies a deep care for each child. Come and meet us to discover how we develop and nurture individual talent within a safe, caring and happy family atmosphere.


Simply fill the form to make an enquiry and we will get in touch with you. Please do not forget to mention a convenient time to contact you with  a correct phone number and email ID.

Alternatively, you can also call our school office during working hours between 8:30AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday or write to, expressing your interest to join us.


On completing the enquiry form, Parents will be invited to visit our school at a mutually convenient time at the specific branch you are interested in. Your child should accompany you during the visit as we would like to informally interact with the child prior to handing the application forms if you satisfy the our admission requirements.

Fully filled and signed application forms along with the relevant documents must be submitted within 5 days from the date of collection of application form.


  • Parents, please write to expressing your interest to join us. Within a week’s time we will setup a Zoom/online call with the admissions coordinator so that you understand the philosophy and the board of education we provide.
  • Following the call, upon the student satisfying our admissions criteria, application forms would be made available.
  • Fully filled and signed application form along with the relevant documents to be scanned and sent to the email address within 5 working days from the date of downloading the application form. 
  • The final step is a one-on-one call with the admissions coordinator. Both the parents and the child must be present for the Zoom call.
  • After which, a Letter of confirmation/Non-confirmation/Wait list of admission will be sent to the parent’s email address.
  • On acceptance of the offer of admission, a one-time Non-refundable Registration fee is to be paid within 5 working days from when the offer is made. Admission offered will be revoked if we do not receive any communication or payment of fees within the allotted period.
  • Once the admission formalities are completed a welcome email will be sent clarifying the on-boarding process.
